Tip: When putting on your shorts hold them at the waist and gently gather each leg with your thumbs until you are at the hem.
Gently step into the shorts one foot at a time and pull them up carefully, while still keeping your thumbs inside.
This is to avoid snagging and ensure the sculpting panels are placed in the right area.
